Our Process

01.

Make contact with us by giving us a call or filling out a form located on our Contact us page.

02.

Email us a copy of all documents required to be served. Provide details such as clients, name and address etc. All printing is included in our pricing (up to 30 pages. Additional pages charged at 0.30c per page).

03.

A field agent will be assigned to your case and ensure service is completed within a pre-arranged timeframe. This is usually within 3 days. We review all documents prior to service for completeness and accuracy.

04.

A field agent will complete service and retain evidence of any interactions with the client. An affidavit will then be completed and sent to you electronically & the originals mailed.

05.

Field notes and audio/visual recording are retained for seven (7) years in the event that our field agent is required to give evidence at court.
